Sales Associate - Healthcare Direct Mail

What you will be selling: (Offset and Digital), Fulfillment, Direct Mail, Wide Format, Ad Agency Design, Digital Solutions and anything under the Marketing umbrella.

Requirements:

• Experience in Direct Mail, Fulfillment, or Printing industry preferred
• Has pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Familiar with CSR work and looking to grow into a Sales position.
• Prospect and contact new leads to convert them into customers, develop new business, target key prospects, and retain business.
• Manage, nurture, and grow assigned accounts by prospecting and developing opportunities.
• Engage in problem solving by performing account analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Introduce and sell our equipment, consumables, accessories, supplies, software and services.
• Manage daily incoming leads, provide product education, pitch product advantages, provide financing opportunities to the customers, close the deal and maintain sales relationships for ongoing recurrent business.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with administrative responsibilities, including submitting sales orders, following up with shipments to the destination, and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Deliver sales presentations along with product and service demonstrations when needed.
• Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
• Follow up Sales and Marketing guidance while using promotions, discounts, and special pricing to generate additional business.
• Provide the right guidance to customers while proposing financing opportunities.
• Perform product education and product demonstrations to customers.
• Daily educational training set by management

Compensation:

• Draw for the first 6 months to a year, but then it becomes a straight 10% commission on most services.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
